Various groups in Elliot Lake are responsible for trail maintenance while others offer informal and formal programs to enjoy the trails. Some of these groups are listed below.
Elliot Lake Snowbirds
The Elliot Lake Snowbirds are a member of the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs and maintain approximately 270 km of groomed snowmobile trails in and around Elliot Lake. From time to time, members of the Snowbirds will host informal rides and events based on snowmobiling. The Club also offers learn to ride programs and snowmobile licence training.
Elliot Lake ATV Club
The Elliot Lake ATV Club is one of Ontario's first organized ATV clubs. Members actively maintain trails in and around Elliot Lake and carry out trail clean-up on a regular basis. The ATV Club has a strong social component and members often plan rides and events.
Coureurs de Bois Voyageur Trail Outdoors Club
The Coureurs de Bois Club is very active in assisting with the maintenance and clean-up of the vast network of trails in and around the City. Members actively host hikes throughout the year. The best way to get involved with the Club is to visit their blog at the link below.

The Cross Country Ski Club assists with the maintenance and grooming of the Spine Road trail network. They partner with the City and the Elliot Lake Snowbirds to groom the trails.
