Arena Booking

The Centennial Arena has various times available for private bookings.  The arena is also available for bookings when the ice is removed for trade shows, conferences, concerts and other large events.

The Centennial Arena is the proud home of the Elliot Lake Wildcats Junior A Hockey Club.  Part of the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League (NOJHL).

Outdoor Rinks

The City of Elliot Lake maintains outdoor ice rinks at the following locations (when weather permits):

 

  • Parsons Park - 180 Spruce - Beside Centennial Arena (Temporarily Closed - Due to weather until further Notice - Febraury 22, 2017)
  • Rio Den Arena - Dieppe Avenue - (Temporarily Closed - Due to weather until further Notice - Febraury 22, 2017)

Each rink has 24" boards.  No change areas or heated facilities are available.

Curling Rink

The Deer Trail Curlink Club operates a 5-sheet curling rink and lounge area.  The Club holds regular scheduled leagues and events as well as bonspiels for various age categories throughout the winter months.
