Elliot Lake covers 800 square miles and hundreds of lakes, surrounded by wilderness Crown land. The City has been developing waterfront residential lots on some lakes with a special approval of the provincial government. The City's vision is to make a significant contribution to the economic diversification of Elliot Lake by providing opportunities for families of all ages to enjoy waterfront living. Approx. 250 lots on 3 lakes have been developed and sold since 2004. 

Summer 2018 Update - SugarBush Heights Lots for Sale via Silent Auction

5 estate size waterfront lots on Dunlop Lake are available for sale through a silent / sealed auction process beginning in July 2018 at weekly intervals. The lots range in size from 2 to 5 acres and have a West-South-West exposure, and a great view of Dunlop Lake.

Each lot has reserve bid price and deadline date for sealed offers. Offers will be opened at City Hall by the City Clerk and bidders notified as soon as possible of the results.  

Lot 1 - July 18th 3 pm - Reserve Bid $139,000 SOLD $145,000

Lot 2 - July 25th 3 pm - Reserve Bid $123,000 plus HST

Lot 3 - August 1st 3 pm - Reserve Bid $113,000 plus HST

Lot 4 - August 8th 3 pm - Reserve Bid $103,000 plus HST

Lot 5 - August 15th 3 pm - Reserve Bid $118,000 plus HST
